It is believed that the central government did not sanction fund for scholarship to be distributed to the students’ studying within Nagaland nor outside the state. After all students studying outside or within Nagaland are equally right citizens of the state. In the similar way all of them may be given equal privilege, however it is learnt from many sources that students from Nagaland studying outside are not given the opportunity to receive the scholarship till date.
It is worth to raise question- how two women which conceived child in the same month, one delivers the child within 10 months whereas the other women is to deliver the child after 12 months. If it is so, it is against the law of medical ethics and it is worth entering in the Guiness record book.
It appears that the Nagaland students studying outside were born without mouth and digestive system. After all a person needs medicine when he is sick, after the patient dies no more medicine is needed.
