Kohima, October 6 (MExN): The Sub Divisional Officer, Transmission Sub-Division, has informed that a total shutdown of power supply is scheduled between 8:00 am to 4:00pm from October 7 to 11. The areas to be affected are Kiruphema Village, Peducha, Sechu Zubza, Lalmati and its surroundings areas, the SDO informed in a press release on Tuesday. This is being done for stringing work of 132 kV Dimapur- Imphal Transmission line by Powergrid to facilitate construction of four-lane between Dimapur to Kohima, the release added. All the public in the affected areas have been requested to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the shutdown period.
