Kiphire, October 6 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Kiphire has informed to all BLOs under Kiphire that there will be training in connection with postal Ballot facility for senior citizen (above 80 years) and PwDs. Therefore, all concerned are directed to attend the said training without fail at the mention venues: GHSS Kiphire on October 8 at 12 noon for BLOs under Kiphire circle and Cultural Hall Pungro on October 8 at 12 noon for BLOs under Pungro circle.
