Tuensang, November 18 (MExN): The Tuensang District Task Force for COVID-19 held a meeting at DC Conference Hall, Tuensang on November 17 with Deputy Commissioner and DTF Chairperson Kumar Ramnikant.
Updates from the state DIPR informed that the meeting reviewed the State Government’s November 12 order which stipulated the various violations of COVID-19 safety measures and which enforcement agencies would enforce the guidelines in the district.
The members also discussed shifting of the COVID Care Centre and Quarantine Centre from the Sao Chang Government College. The members discussed on the status of Chari check gate and decided to continue the gate till further notice, the DIPR report stated.
The members also discussed and entrusted the churches to formulate SOPs for church congregations in view of the upcoming festive season. The house also agreed to continue COVID-19 awareness campaigns through various platforms, it added.
