Tuensang, March 19 (MExN): Tuensang Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Kumar Ramnikant has informed all the printing presses to clearly indicate in printing line, the name and address of the printer and publisher of any election pamphlets, posters and such other materials printed by the press. He also informed that a copy of the printed material and the declaration of the publisher as required under section 127 (2) of the RP Act is to be sent by the printer to the DEO. In case the materials are printed in the state capital, the same should be sent to the CEO within three days of such printing, he added. All printing presses under the district have been directed to comply with the instruction/guidelines, failing which action will be taken as per relevant law of the state.
