The Tuensang District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall on December 11. Tuensang DC, Kumar Raminkant, IAS and Vice Chairman DPBD while chairing the meeting reviewed the last meeting minutes.
The proposal for the registration of societies namely Eastern Nagaland Agri Allied Farmers Association HQ Tuensang and Welfare Society for Disabilities (WSD) Tuensang was discussed and decided to forward to respective department for verification before further necessary procedures.
The members were also informed by the DC Tuensang on the COVID-19 awareness campaign activities. The proposal for installation of 500 KV Transformer at EAC Chari was also discussed and decided to send to concern department for verification before sending to government for approval.
The members discussed on proposal for construction of toilet at Kiusam, EAC Office and agreed to forward for approval by the government.
Taking part in the agenda proposed by Tuensang District Badminton Association, President, Rongsen for beautification of badminton stadium, the house decided to go HODs donation drive for the same.
The PWD R&B presented the departmental activities to the house.
