Kohima, May 3 (MExN): Union Minister of State for Electronics & IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar is scheduled to visit Nagaland from May 4 to 6. The Minister will visit aspirational district Kiphire and Mon district, the Press Information Bureau informed on Tuesday.
After arriving at Dimapur Airport on May 4 around noon, Rajeev Chadrasekhar will proceed to Kiphire by helicopter and visit the Vidya Bharati Nagaland and District Hospital, Kiphire. Later, he will review the Aspirational District Programme with the Kiphire district administration, the release stated.
On the second day of his visit, the Minister will attend a media interaction programme in Kiphire at 9:30 am before departing for Longwa village in Mon district where he will again have a review meeting with the Mon district administration. Concluding his three-day tour, Chandrasekhar will inaugurate the NIELIT Centre in Dimapur on May 6 before his departure for Delhi, the release stated.
