Dimapur, October 27 (MExN): The Working Committee, NNPGs has mourned the demise of Charles Kikon Lotha on October 25, at Prime Hospital, Dimapur. The WC, NNPGs in a condolence note stated that Charles Kikon was a very brave son of Nagaland.
“As a student leader, he did not shy away from his responsibilities and efficiently tackled the issues plaguing the students' community. As Central Naga Students' Association (CNSA) president from 2014 to 2018, the leader in him shone brightly as he took practical steps to lead the students' association with greater zeal and efficiency,” it said.
It stated that on the Indo-Naga political matter, he possessed great vision and gave valuable suggestions and opinions on crucial issues to the WC, NNPG leaders. ‘He was a very valuable and cherished patriot.’ It further conveyed condolences to the family and prayed for the departed soul rest in peace.
