Human life in the world goes through illness, distress and hardship and all die. Even after death, eternal hope and eternal loss are to be faced. So life in the world cannot have absolute peace without the fear of suffering and death. But in the world and in eternity there is human hope and it is peace. Humankind need peace, so all contemplate where it can be found but it cannot be found within the ambit of human power. So various religious rites are performed in quest of peace but real peace is not found. It is found only by having relationship with the perfect God the Creator of the heaven and the earth.
Then how can we have relationship with God? Formerly, our forefathers used to say, “Heaven is my father and earth is my mother,” when they come across an overwhelming danger because to them there is nothing greater than that. But by doing it peace is not found. In order to have peace, one should seek who God really is. If he is already known, one must believe in him, fear him and obey him. How can we have relationship with God without knowing him, believing in him, fearing him and obeying him? So there are many men and women who profess that they know and believe in him but they do nor know what peace and joy really is because it is impossible to have real peace without having relationship with him.
There is one Creator of the heaven and the earth; the Creator is the only Lord and the Lord is the only Power. He alone is our Redeemer, Saviour, Sustainer and Father. He alone is holy, righteous, honest, perfect and loving kind and gracious God. Whatsoever is sin and whatsoever is evil is his enemy. Men and women who have relationship with God they do love God and fellow men and women. Having no compassion towards humankind indicates that one does not actually know God and have relationship with him. The ones who know God, believe in him, fear him and obey him their lives are on the foundation of peace because they have relationship with God. Whether difficulty or ease, life and death peace is with them.
In time of deluge, the family of Noah only were saved by allowing them to enter into the ark. They were allowed to enter into the ark for no other reason than that they knew God, believed in him, feared him and obeyed him. For those who perished, what is the reason for which they were not allowed to enter into the ark? It is because they did not know God, believe in him, fear him and obey him. So the law of relationship with God which is human ethics towards God is KNOW GOD, BELIEVE IN HIM, FEAR HIM AND OBEY HIM is the greatest law or human ethics towards God. What a great joy it will be for the world if all of the people in the world become aware of the foundation of human peace and embark on seeking it?
The whole human life rests on the heart. The heart is the key of human life because the heart does open and shut. The light because it lit the life. The darkness because if the heart is dim, the life is dim. The life concords whether the heart is right or wrong. Good or bad characteristic depends on the heart. If the heart is aware that we are confident of the fulfillment of the promises whereby we have the courage to face any eventuality. “Do you have peace with you.” If “Yes”, it is the greatest thing in your life. If “No”, it is the greatest loss. Whether you are at the level of the root or at the top of the tree, make your decision to be in the “Yes”.
Many people are in distress by being ignorant of the Creator. Many people profess that they know him and believe in him but without the fear and obedience of God. Many people do destroy humankind with the notion that it is a good thing because it is for the sake of God. So know God, believe in him, fear him and obey him so that your life may be on the unconquerable foundation of human peace in having relationship with God and be in his love and to love humankind as well. All good things in the world are hidden there.
