ZUNHEBOTO, APRIL 24 (DIPR): A one day District Measles Surveillance Workshop was held at Youth Hall, Zunheboto, on April 22.
Dr Sheila Longkumer, SMO- WHO, was the main resource person. In her keynote address and powerpoint presentation mentioned about the basic Measles Epidemiology and general principles of surveillance its objectives and system, data analysis and epidemiological calculations.

Dr Alemwabang Aier, DPO (RCH & UIP) & DSO (IDSP), emphasized about the objectives of the workshop. He also elaborated about the operational aspects of measles surveillance. The workshop was attended by SMO's, MO's, BPM's, nurses and ASHA co- coordinators of the blocks.
