Zunheboto, August 12 (MExN): District Health Society, Zunheboto held its quarterly review meeting cum meeting on National Deworming Day on August 8 at CMO office here.
Dr. CW Tungoe, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Zunheboto welcomed the attendees and motivated them to work with sincerity and dedication, according to a press release from Shekho Sophie, District Media Officer, CMO office, Zunheboto. The CMO also told them to come up with fresh inputs to work and help one another for the upliftment of health sector in the district.
Dr. Alemwabang Aier, DPO (RCH & UIP) highlighted about National Deworming Day. He informed that along with the rest of the country, Zunheboto will observe National De-Worming Day on August 10 and mop up day on August 17.
Dr. Viholi, DTO, RNTCP, Mudosayi, Consultant, NVBDCP, Hokishe, DIS, DAPCU gave PowerPoint presentation about the achievement and activities of the various programmes.
