The 57th Nagaland statehood day celebration on December 1 will take place at Khuochiezie, Kohima Local Ground from 8:30 AM onwards.
Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio will grace the occasion.
Nagaland Police uniform code will be released on the occasion.
Chief Minister will also release the book “Winning The Lost Battle”, Assam Rifles in the Battle of Kohima.
Award of Gordon Graham Prize for Naga Literature will also mark the occasion.
The occasion will witness drill display by 15 (IR) platoon and demonstration and STF.
March past contingents will include; DEF, NAP, 9 IR, 11 IR, 15 IR Mahila, STF, VG Meluri and VG Longleng. Band display by Mahila pipe band, 2nd NAP pipe band, 3rd NAP pipe band, 6th NAP pipe band, home guards & civil defence pipe band, PTS brass band, 10 IR brass band and 4th NAP brass band.
