Directs valid land patta or permit holders to develop and construct buildings within six months
Tening, November 16 (MExN): Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Government of Nagaland, Tening, Rhosietho Ngouri has directed that all the holders of valid land patta or permit should develop and construct their respective buildings (residential/commercial) within six months from the date of issue of the order i.e. on or before May 12, 2020.
According to the notification, it was observed that many of the valid land patta and permit holders at Tening Hqrs have kept their land lying undeveloped for decades. “Such a case was causing impediment to the fast developing pace of Tening Town while also disturbing the aesthetic set up of the town since the lands were left unattended and vacant,” the notification stated.
“Failure to comply with this order within the stipulated time, the defaulting valid land patta or permit will be cancelled,” it added.
The order was issued in the interest of development of Tening Town in particular and Sub Division in general.
