Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): The Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) today announced that entry of all visitors is suspended with immediate effect until further notice.
“This is for the information of all concerned in pursuance to Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension (DOPT), on the ‘Preventive measures to be taken to contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19),” the office stated in a press release.
It stated that only authorized departmental nodal officers will be allowed entry on display of proper Identity cards for the purpose of submission of documents/confirmation letters and collection of completed pension orders/confirmation letters. All treasury accounts will be received at the ground floor of the Office premises. The authorized officials will be allowed entry only after proper screening.
In case any clarification is required in matters of pay slips, Pension, GPF and Loan functions, State Government Officers/Pensioners are requested to write to the Deputy Accountant General (A&E), Uttam Chanda, IAAS at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagalandcag.gov.in
