Kiphire | November 2 : Agape School Kiphire held its first literary day on November 1 since its inception with Thomas, Station Superintended as special guest.
Speaking on the occasion Thomas while saying that ‘when we look back to the history all the great university were once small institutions’ expressed wish that the Agape School will one day become one of the great institution in the district. He encouraged the students to make the institution proud by giving the best in one’s duties.
Expressing hope he also said, ‘the dreams and the aims that students have will surely come true as you are all disciplined and well mannered’.
Sharing his thought with the teaching community the guest said that teaching is one of the humblest professions and added, “I am sure you are not here for money alone but with a vision to build the generation you are here and you will surely get blessings for all you have done.”
He further said that ‘learning today and leading tomorrow you are going to be the leader of tomorrow and the little activities you do today will surely lead you to the greater height’ and wished all the participants the best of luck.
Welcoming the guest Shemongthsi said, ‘we are doing this literary programme not to fill up the gap but to equip our self so that we face the world confidently. Apise chaired the programme and tiny tots presented a special song.
