DIMAPUR, MAY 9 (MExN): 2nd NAP HR. SEC SCHOOL ALICHAN (MOKOKCHUNG) lifted the 1st edition of the tournament in a thrilling match against CORNER STONE SCHOOL (Zunheboto) by 1 wicket. Zunheboto won the toss and scored 105 runs all out in 22.5 overs. In reply Mokokchung chased the target with just 1 wicket to spare. Pikato of Zunheboto claimed 6 wickets and was declared Man of the Match.
Abu Mehta General Secretary NCA was the chief Guest of the closing ceremony. Apart from trophies Chief Guest distributed special IPL tournament towels to the wining team. Imnayanger, Bapi rana and Sudip Chanda were the umpires for the match. Renbano Kithan was the official scorer. DDCA President Pihoto Awomi thanked all the sponsors, media persons and specially DSO Nezito awomi for their cooperation in making the event a success.
