Dimapur, March 24 (MExN): The All Nagaland Counselors Association has announced telephonic counseling to any person/s who require emotional and therapeutic support during the outbreak of COVID-19. All counselors are well trained and qualified, and will follow the professional counseling protocol maintaining confidentiality and genuineness, ANCA said in its statement on Tuesday.
Anyone wanting to avail the services can call the ANCA executives between 6:00am to 9:00 pm, who will redirect the call to a professional. No calls other than the purpose of professional counseling will be entertained, it said. The public are not to misuse the services provided at this critical situation in order to facilitate professional help to those in need, it added.
Counseling services will be available till April 12 as per the Government of Nagaland's lockdown order. If our services for counseling are further required, the association will give further notification through the local newspaper, ANCA further informed.
