DIMAPUR, JANUARY 13 (MExN): The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has condemned the physical assault meted to students and faculties of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) allegedly by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on the fateful evening of January 5. Terming the ‘act of terror’ made within the campus of JNU by the ABVP as truly unfortunate and saddening, the ANCSU condemned the barbaric acts which had injured the innocent students and teachers. It stated that the acts of goons/barbarism have become a serious crime which was not only threatening the students and teachers of JNU but also other universities across the Indian states. Demanding that all those involved in the attack should be booked and punished under law, the ANCSU expressed its solidarity and moral support to the students of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and its movement.
