All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union (ANHTU) Kiphire Unit, organised district level Hindi essay competition on the topic ‘Nation Building in Hindi’ funded by Samagra Shiksha Dose Hindi section at Government Higher Secondary School, Kiphire on November 8.


Speaking at the programme, Deenabandhu Panda, DEO Kiphire encouraged the students to learn Hindi, which will not only enable them to gain knowledge but also learn culture of India. He stated that by learning Hindi, communication and interacting with fellow Indians will be much easier. 


In the easy competition, Koklila from Government Yangphi School was declared the winner, while Tsipila from Loyola Higher Secondary School and Sumit Sahu was adjusted 2nd and 3rd respectively. All together 13 students from five schools participated in the easy competition. 


The programme was chaired by Selimong, invocation by Shikatoli, while vote of thanks delivered by Seropa President ANHTU Kiphire Unit.
