DIMAPUR, JANUARY 14 (MExN): The All Nagaland Hindi Teachers’ Union (ANHTU) has appealed for release of four month pending salaries to Hindi teachers serving under SDEOs of Tuensang, Noklak and Shamator. A press release issued by ANHTU informed that the Department of School Education and Finance Department has already released the 4 month pending salaries for Hindi teachers of 2012-13 batch in December 2019. While most of the teachers received their pending salary thereafter, however, those serving under SDEOs of Noklak and Shamator and Tuensang were yet to receive their due, the press release stated. Stating that the same yardstick should be applied to all the teachers, the ANHTU has appealed for release of the pending salaries to the remaining teachers at the earliest.
