•-The incumbents reaching, superannuation in October 2009, released order issued on 30/10/2009, accordingly all the pension papers and GPF accounts final withdrawal documents are submitted to AG Office Kohima on 01/04/2011 respectively. The necessary minor correction has been made and re-submitted to AG Office Kohima. As per notification the celebration of 150 years Jubilee by C & AG in India so far darkly A.G in Nagaland Pensioners case are pending till-date.
Off-course, 20% in the year 2010 retirements case are already been disposed. As per rules serial number to be process, but in October 2009 retirement’s case keeps pending update. Every month pensioners are attend in public grievances-cell in A.G Office Kohima. The cell peon, return back from Dealing Assistant/Accountant, stated that the pension papers are under –process, again the next month pertinently question replied that pension papers/GPF accounts matter are under- process etc. there is no other ensured but to replied under put up etc.
The Pensioners has right to claim as pension benefit and necessary prompt action/settlement is required. The undersigned has appeal to all Naga Public as a whole to come forward and united to joined hand with the Principal to fight against social evil in Nagaland.
