•-Apropos to the news item NSF Pickets power department. However, i am of the view that this won’t go down well if it is for the interest of few, unless the NSF set up a CELL and take into account all other Departments. The CELL should receive complaints from all sundry and they should fight tooth and nail to bring justice for the greater and glory of the Nagas. It should also expose those Departments through media.
Its an open secret that almost 90% of the Departments in Nagaland had the habit of appointing contract Gazzetted Officers, Clerical and Other Technical Post without giving Advertisement or Requisition to NPSC, though they all have service rules mentioning it would. This sort of rampant appointment corruption by Higher Authorities in the Directorates and Secretariat with Political nexus had to be cleansed once and for all.
They seem not to bother for the poor and brilliant educated unemployed youths except their near and dear ones leaving the future of thousand educated youths at the mercy of God. The Apex Student's Body like NSF and ENSF should immediately exercise this opportunity when the iron is HOT. Public support is with whoever stands for the Nagas welfare.
