DIMAPUR, JANUARY 2 (MExN): The All Nagaland School Teachers’ Association (ANSTA) Peren Unit has questioned the SDEO Peren as to why teachers’ salaries have not been released despite a notification from the Governor ordering “payment of advance salary for all state government employees for the month of December 2019.” A press release from the ANSTA Peren unit urged the concerned authority to release the salary at the earliest or “stern action will be initiated.” It meanwhile convened an emergency meeting on January 6 calling all member, senior teachers, from respective circles to attend the meeting positively without fail.
