A music album titled Ao Musical Revival Volume II was launched on February 2 at the residence of producer Talitemjen Imchen.
During the launch, the producer thanked all the 18 singers who contributed to the album, for their whole hearted participation despite the on-going pandemic. He also thanked the owner of Music Bakery Sosang Longkümer for composing music for the tracks, and the family of A Chuba Ozüküm for sponsoring the album.
Stating that a lot of effort goes into the production of an album, he expressed hope that music lovers will respect the efforts of the team in producing an album in a genre which is on the verge of extinction. He also said that there are copyright laws for songs/lyrics/music like any other criminal activities and warned against infringement on the copyrights of the authors/publishers and performers.
During the release programme, members of AMR Bendang Imchen and C Purtoshi Jamir also spoke on the project and its production along with dedicatory prayers.
The release informed that the Ao Musical Revival Volume II has 12 songs and will be available in pen drives (music card) for Rs 1,000 at the following outlets: Zenith CD Library, Kohima (Phone No: 7085994958); Eastern Book Depot, Mokokchung; Christian Literature Center, Dimapur (Phone No: 8794016520 and also with the AMR members.
