•-Through this column I would liked to draw the attention of the Secretary of Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC). As per the NPSC advertisement no.1/2010-2011 dated 6th Sept 2010, there were 3 (three) post of LDA - cum- Computer operator under the Chief Electoral office. When the result was declared on 25/04/2011, three successful candidates were selected for the above mention department /office, then how come on 27/04/2011 two more candidates were selected even after the declaration of results on 25/04/2011.If such procedure can be applied by the Nagaland Public Service Commission, then it's a humble appeal to the Public and Administrative Reform department ( P&AR deptt ) to select candidates for the recently advertised 33 posts of Junior divisional Assistant /Junior Account Assistant from among the candidates on the waiting list of the LDA-cum-Computer Assistant exam conducted by P&AR department. When NPSC can select more candidates against the advertised posts and after the declaration of the results, then to be fair to these candidates on the merit waiting list of the recently conducted LDA-cum-Computer assistant exam, the Public and Administrative Reform department should also apply the same procedure as NPSC even after the declaration of results. These candidates on the merit waiting list should know their rights and fight it legally.
