Alipa I Sangtam
Concerned Aspirant
Through this column, I would like to draw the kind attention of the Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) to the long-felt need of publishing a yearly examination calendar for the benefit of aspirants across the State.
Every year, thousands of candidates prepare diligently for various NPSC examinations. However, the absence of a fixed and predictable examination schedule often creates uncertainty and confusion among aspirants. Many find it difficult to plan their studies, manage work commitments, or make informed decisions regarding other opportunities. A well structured calendar examination, as practiced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and several other State Commissions, would greatly help in bringing transparency, consistency, and trust in the examination process.
Such an initiative would not only reflect the Commission’s commitment to fairness and efficiency but also restore the confidence of thousands of young candidates who aspire to serve the State.
Your kind consideration of this appeal will be deeply appreciated.
