‘Asian Street Food Fair’ in Dimapur

Dimapur, November 7 (MExN): For those who cannot afford to go to Thailand and other South East Asian countries to taste the cuisines of the regions, the Naga Bowl Express, Bank Colony in Dimapur is organizing ‘Asian Street Food Fair’ from November 11 to 17, 2019 with renowned chef Aphaimanee Phaprom (Chef Manee).

Chef Manee, with 40 plus years of experience specializes in Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Indonesian and Chinese cuisines. She had worked in reputed 5 star hotels such as Marriot Welcome, Grant Maratha Sheraton, Courmet Palace and many other hotels in India for over 20 years.

She had a close connection with the people of North Eastern states of India and mentored many of them while working in India. Besides, one of her dreams was to visit Nagaland because of the similarities in looks and food habits; and finally, she is here to cook for the foodies and food lovers.
