Dimapur, February 17 (MExN): The Assam Sand Suppliers & Truck Owners Association Dimapur (ASSTOAD) Nagaland during its general meeting on February 13 has expelled its Vice-President, Nito Mandan Sema, “who has been found, doing unconstitutional, unethical and unwarranted practice for self-gain on February 6.”
ASSTOAD Public Grievances Cell in a press release stated that he was expelled from “the association and from the post of Vice-President.”
The house accepted the registration offered by Deon Swu, Finance Secretary with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, the house also informed the public of Nagaland and Assam not to entertain the “aforesaid persons in the name of the association. If anyone dealing with the said persons, shall be doing at theft w and liabilities.” It said that “any act, if found doing, by the said persons in the name of our association or any other malpractice or unscrupulous mixing of sand by any individual or organization may be brought to notice of the association.”
