Dimapur, January 8 (MExN): The MSME Development Institute, Government of India, M/o MSME, Kolkata will be launching an awareness programme named as Bengal And North Eastern Region Green Innovators & Social Entrepreneurs (BANERGISE) for the growth of green initiatives and social entrepreneurs in Nagaland. This was informed by SK Dutta, Asst Director (GAD), MSME DI, Kolkata in a press release. The programme will motivate the MSMEs of the state to contribute to the social entrepreneurship movement initiated by their department all across India, added the release. The thrust sectors include Health Care, Handloom & Handicrafts, Ayurvedic & Medicinal Plants and Tourism.
LG Chishi, IAS, Principal Secretary (Industry and Commerce), Government of Nagaland will grace the programme as special guest, the programme which will begin at 9:30 am at Hotel Saramati, Dimapur.
