The Baptist College toppers with the guest and others during the felicitation programme held at Rivenburg’s Chapel Hall on November 4.
Kohima, November 5 (MExN): To acknowledge the outstanding performance of its students in the recently declared Nagaland University Undergraduate Examinations 2020, Baptist College, Kohima organised a felicitation programme for the seven toppers from the college at Rivenburg’s Chapel Hall on November 4.
The toppers include Truvi Rhi, Vizohunuo Kengurüsie, O Ngamching, Ritsula, Dziesephreü, Elanthung Tsanglao, Keneingunuo Mepfu-o.
The programme was graced by Rev Dr Atsi Dolie, Executive Director, ABCC, as the guest of honour and chaired by Narola Chuba, Vice-Principal, Baptist College, Kohima Campus. Dr Dolie said a thanksgiving prayer for the success of the students and gave away the token of gift and certificates to the toppers.
Dr Kekuchol Pusa, Principal, Baptist College in his address congratulated the students as well as the teachers for their hard work and dedication. “The journey starts from here,” said Dr Pusa and asked the students not to remain complacent with their present achievement but to continue with the same momentum to become someone in the society.
The programme was also graced by a special number from Sangbolong Jamir, BA 3rd Semester Sociology Department. Asilie Rurhia, Assistant Professor, History Department said the closing prayer.
