Probably the shortest living person in Nagaland and India is Miss Soyuobeni Khuvong daughter of Chonpen Khuvong permanent resident of Sankition Village born on 24th April 1984 whose height is 2.7 feet. She is permanently disabled / invalid due to her height. She can however speak, eat and walk, states Thonwalo Jemu, VDB Secretary Tesophenyu.
