A brief reminder on U.G.T selection test 2003

•-Recalling back to the selection test for teachers in 2003, as entrusted, the primer and unblemished office of Nagaland Board of School Education [N.B.S.E] for the first time, keeping a sole objective to bring about quality education in our state particularly at a primary level, took up such a gigantic task of selection of suitable candidates for the most responsible teachers post.
The written test was conducted with absolute fairness and declared the result all over the state through local media in clear order of merit, which was indeed praise worthy and a welcome step towards achieving the very goal. As directed, both the Fresh and Adhoc candidates took the written test and accepted its result without any objection.
Since in every selection process, candidates are bound by certain laid down rules/criteria and are required to go through various acid tests such as written; practical and viva voice etc, to prove their suitability [eligibility] for the post. However, for unknown reason, the result of the Oral interview was not declared till date. The year 2003 is pretty long time ago and many candidates have become over aged. So, I sincerely sympathized with those candidates whose hope of getting job then had died down after being over aged now and are doing nothing.
But I still believe one thing for sure, that something good and right thing is going to take place even now, with the decision of inviting those 2003-written qualified candidates in the proposed crucial oral interview going to be conducted by the department very soon. For I have a strong faith in justice, which is the sole will of God.
We cannot deny the saying-“Some people are chosen to be God’s servants from their mother’s womb and born to be a teacher, live their life working as true educator for they know that, teachers are no less missionaries, in service’. Here, the heart of the matter is, let justice prevail in everything and God’s will be done on this Earth as it is in Heaven.
