C-Edge College ‘The Entrepreneur’ concludes

Dimapur, November 24 (MExN): The second edition of C-Edge College ‘The Entrepreneur’ conceptualised to give a platform to the students to help them experience the skills of business venturing concluded on November 19. 

The College in a press release stated that this is an intra-college event that focuses on discovering and enhancing the students’ entrepreneurial skills, leadership qualities, team-spirit and inter-personal abilities which gives them an opportunity to come up with their own business ideas and execute it. 

The competition kick started on November 14 with a total participation of 10 teams with 5 members each. The teams set up their business in and around Dimapur. After a week of competing, a business review consultation was undertaken by the Department of Management Studies to assess the team on their performance. 

Team Intimidators, an all-girls team was declared the winner by the Event Coordinator Komuni Chachie, Asst. Professor of Management Studies Department during the 6th Fine Arts and Cultural Day programme on November 22. The winning team comprised of Boli Zhimomi, Viwotoli, Illino Zhimo, Hotoli and Lily Lotha as its Team Leader from BA II, IV & VI Semester respectively. 

This year award for the most Innovative team was bagged by Team Caesar’s Kitchen with its Team leader Imnatemjen and team members comprising of Tempili, Khrisna, Apulo and Anjana of BBA VI Semester were awarded cash prize by the Principal Dr. Chubatola Aier to encourage creativity and innovation.
