Cadets participates in awareness walk

Jotsoma, December 9 (MExN): Advisor Youth Resource & Sports, Er Zale Neikha flagged off an ‘awareness walk on the Constitution and Fundamental Duties’ at Kohima Science College, Jotsoma on December 9. 

A DIPR report stated that students and NSS cadets from all over the North-East took part in the awareness walk, held as part of the North-East NSS Festival. The awareness walk was organised by the Department of Youth Resources & Sports.

Er Zale Neikha addressing the students said, “You are the backbone and the future leaders of tomorrow,” adding that everyone has the skills, personality and experience that deserves to be discovered and nurtured. He reminded that it is the responsibility of every individual to work towards strengthening the base of our society. 

Secretary, Justice & Law Department, Khanrinla T Koza, administered the pledge to abide by the Constitution and led the gathering in reading out the Preamble and the Fundamental Duties listed in the Constitution.
