DIMAPUR, MARCH 28 (MExN): In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chümoukedima Area GB's Union (CAGBU) has appealed to its citizens to adhere to thedirectives of the State Government and requested all the Village Councils under Chumukedimaarea to strictly follow the instructions given by the administration to protect its citizen from COVID-l9. A press release from the CAGBU also appealed to the public to follow the precautionary measures during the lockdown period by staying home and social distancing. It meanwhile urged the Chief Minister to release grant in aid to rural areas for procurement of basic necessities to fight the pandemic.
