Dimapur, September 7 (MExN): The District Convergence Action Plan (CAP) Committee for Poshan Abhiyan had a meeting at DC’s Office Chamber, Dimapur on September 6 to chalk out the detail action plan for Poshan Maah for the month of September 2019.
A DIPR report stated that the members discussed and resolved to conduct the Poshan seminar, which is one of the action plan for the month, at Social Welfare Office Diphupar A, Dimapur on September 12 for which DPO, Social Welfare, Hutoi Sema to take charge of the necessary arrangements. The school based activities like essay writing/quiz competition /painting on nutritional issues to be conducted as part of the Poshan MAAH on September 12 at GHSS, Dimapur where DEO shall take charge of the activities.
The house also discussed to held Cycle/Bike rally on hygiene and nutrition on September 21 and entrusted CDPO (urban) to make all necessary arrangements for a successful rally.
A local food show which is also one of the action plan was discussed and decided to be held on September 25 at Supermarket where the opportunity will be given SHGs and further entrusted NRLM officials to make the necessary arrangements. DPRO Dimapur was entrusted to do all the media related activities throughout the month long programme.
