CG Foods India owner donates noodles for children in Nagaland

Over 20,000 packets of Mimi noodles were donated by Varun Choudhary, owner of CG Foods India Private Ltd for free distribution among the needy children in the state during this COVID-19 pandemic. 


Nagaland’s Art & Culture and Tourism Advisor H Khehovi Yepthomi handed over the noodles to BJP Nagaland Mahila Morcha during a brief programme held at his residence on July 18.


Quoting Swami Vivekananda “Service to humanity is service to God” and also Woodrow Wilson’s “There is no higher religion than human service. To work for common good is the greatest creed”, Yepthomi appreciated Choudhury and company for donating the noodles for the needy children in Nagaland during this difficult and trying time.


 “We really appreciate their generosity towards our children, it truly means a lot,” he said.


On behalf of the State BJP President & Minister Temjen Imna Along and party karyakartas, Yepthomi thanked the company. 


BJP State Mahila Morcha president Phangnon Konyak, who received the noodles, said that it was handed over to the Mahila Morcha presidents of the state, including the organizational districts for distribution to the needy children in their respective districts.


She conveyed that besides the needy children, the Mahila Morcha would also hand over the noodles to various orphanages.


BJP State Mahila Morcha vice president Veselu Swuro, Phek district Mahila Morcha president Vesatolu and BJP State ST Morcha general secretary Lovi Swu were also present during the brief programme.
