Chakhesang Baptist Church Diphupar attains 50 years

Dimapur, October 29 (MExN): Two-day golden jubilee celebration of Chakhesang Baptist Church, Diphupar was held with the theme “Proclaim Liberty” on October 26 and 27. 

The Church in a press release stated the main speaker Rev Khrotso Mero, Executive Secretary Chakhesang Baptist Church Council spoke on the theme while former Pastor, Leluthi Tsory spoke on God's faithfulness.

The jubilee monolith was unveiled by Rev Khrotso Mero, led by Kewe Therie, Associate Pastor. golden jubilee souvenir was released by Rev P Bonny Resü, former general secretary APBF. 

Colorful display was performed by children department. Greeting was delivered by WCBCC chairman Rev Dr Nuvocho Dzüdo.

The celebration was enthralled by Jubilee Choirs from CBC Diphupar-B, youth and parent choir of the Local church Diphupar. About 1,400 believers attended the celebration.

The programme was chaired by Vesapra Nyekha, Pastor CBC Diphupar followed by thanksgiving prayer offered by Zunepranyo founding member. Welcome address was delivered by organizing Committee Convenor, Nguzonyi Wetsah, offertory prayer offered by former pastor and founding member, Melhite Kenye. Scripture was read out by Nukhozo, former pastor and benediction was offered by Rev Dr Vezopa Tetseo, former executive secretary CBCC.
