•-It is becoming very difficult to understand the nature of photography for electoral purposes. Many citizens of Kohima and Dimapur town have taken photos in their colonies in the towns. But they are also taking photos for their villages to which they belongs as arranged for photo sessions of these town people in Kohima and Dimapur. Means every person has two three photos for election. This is been practice by many tribes at Kohima.
