Kohima, November 19 (MExN): The Eastern Art Council in association with the Department of Information & Public Relations and Tourism Department, Government of Nagaland is presenting Hornbill International Photo Fest as part of the Hornbill Festival of Nagaland 2021.
The theme is “Colours of Nagaland” and the competition is open to all. Last date of entry is 25th November 2021 (till midnight). Participants may submit a maximum of three (3) photos. Photos can be printed or in soft copy . mailed to hipfestnagaland@gmail.com.
Images can be in color or black and white and must be of good quality, size should not less than 8x12 inch and not more than 12x18 inch. Minor digital enhancement is acceptable but border, frames, special filters, text, copyright, watermarks or signatures are not permitted.
Photos which have been submitted or used in previous Hipfest will not be accepted but photographers can participate.
Photographers name, address and contact number should be clearly mentioned. Each image should include caption.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any pictures from the contest that are deemed unsuitable. The organizers will have full rights to publish/print or use the photos.
