Commentary on Participaton of Women in the Church Ministry

Ever since the establishment of the church of Christ, believers from all walks of life began contributing for the growth of their churches and ministries.  It is to our knowledge that God considers the Church of Christ as His Bride and the role that we play in establishing His Kingdom here on earth is as important as our own salvation. Regarding the oneness of our spirituality, the scripture says, “The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ (1st Corinthians 12:12).
The uniqueness of our spirituality is that we are supernaturally connected spiritually. The reason behind the success of many churches can be attributed to the contribution of women. Even in the history of the Bible we find that women played an important role in the formation of the Church. The truth regarding the stance of women in the Church ministry is that, they are an integral part of the Church of Christ.
The scripture tells us to love each other because we will ultimately need each other to further the purpose of the gospel.  As much as the husbands needs their wives, the Church also needs women to further the purpose f the gospel. When we compare the attitude of men and women, we find that women are more passionate, dedicated and sincere in their works. This statement is not to justify the wickedness of the sinful women, rather it is to promote the good virtues which good women possess.
Regarding the oneness of our spirituality, the scripture states “ If one part suffers, every part suffers with it. If one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are part of the body of Christ and each one of you is part of it ( 1st Corinthians 12:26-27 ). The Word of God clearly reveals that every believer whether they be male or female are interdependent on each other. According to the survey I made regarding the role of women in the Church, I found out that women are more inclined to be spiritual and religious. The reason behind this very attitude of theirs is that they tend to be more emotional and sentimental. It is this very virtue which has prompted many women to be faithful to their first love. Our churches grows when our members prays most, and interestingly many women prays more than men. The driving factor behind the success of many churches is that, many female church workers intercedes foir the church passionately. The best we can pray for is that God will raise up many righteous women si that the dying churches can be revived. The “Death of the Churches “is a crisis which confronts many members of the Church of Christ. In view of this it is also important that the Churches also treats the power of the Spirit with importance that the dying churches can be revived. In this time of crisis every prayer women should pray for revival in their churches that their churches may truly become the Church of Christ. The end is near and every woman should be geared up to confront the forces that are against us. We are with you as Christ is with us. Pray for your dying Churches.
