Phek, January 16 (MExN): All the concerned owners and beneficiaries of the properties, buildings, plantation fisheries and other structures to be affected by the construction of 2-lane SARDP road from Pfütsero to Phek are informed that the payment of damage compensation for those affected properties ascertained during re-verification exercise will be paid from the office of the Deputy Commissioner through NEFT/RTGS after verification of documents.
All are informed to bring the following for the verification:
• Two numbers of recent colour passport sized photographs (Scanned photos will be rejected)
• Photocopy of the first page of the bank pass book where the details of the beneficiaries and other details like IFSC code, name and branch of the code etc.
• Photocopy of Aadhaar card, Electoral Photo ID card or any other identity proof.
• Originals of all the documents mentioned above are to be brought for verification.
The notification issued through a DIPR report stated that “under no circumstances payments will be made to any individual or group other than the intended beneficiary except for extraordinary case like death of the beneficiary etc. If any person who is beneficiary does not have a bank account the same should be opened by him or her and the details of such account furnished during the document verification.”
It also added that the chairman and GBs of the concerned village or ward (for urban areas) have also been informed to be present physically for identification of the beneficiary or any clarification that may arise failing which verification of the documents for the concerned village or ward will be withheld.
