•-The staffs of NEDHIV & People in Need Foundation, Dimapur CONGRATULATES Mr. Joe Ngamkhuchung, Director for being conferred the prestigious “RASHTRIYA VIKAS RATAN AWARD” on “INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT & NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT” for excellence in chosen field of activity on the occasion of 31st National Seminar held on 14th February, 2011, at New Delhi, from “The Economic for Health and Educational Growth”. On 26th January 1987, Mr. Joe had received the Nagaland State Commendation award for Social work. Mr. Joe Ngamkhuchung has continuously contributed his service to the people of Nagaland as a social worker for more than 20 years. We wish him the best in life.
