Dimapur, December 9 (MExN): In pursuance to Home Department Order, the Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Anoop Khinchi, IAS has informed all the organisations, Institutions and public that selling of Calendars, Raffles, Badges, Coupons, Lotteries, donation etc. has been banned by the authorities with immediate effect as such donations are illegal.
