Kohima, December 22 (MExN): The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kohima has notified for general information that the land measuring 4100 sqmtr and 5640 sqmtr/61306 sqft only at NH-39 near Old KMC dumping site below Jotsoma Village, Kohima District, is required for re-alignment of road diversion.
Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition Act 1965, Acquisition Act 1884, the Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie NCS duly Authorised by the State Government as competent Authority has notified that if any person or party have any claim or objection over the said area, the same may be submitted to this Office within a period of 30 (thirty) days w.e.f the date of this notification as per schedule given below:
