A reception programme of the new Deputy Commissioner, Noklak Reny Wilfred, IAS and Superintendent of Police, Noklak Dr Pritpal Kaur Batra, IPS was held at the DC’s Office Complex on August 6. The programme chaired by C Phuniang, SDO C), Noklak, invocation prayer was said by Hempao, Executive Secretary, KBCA, Komking, short speeches were delivered by L Ngon, President KTC, SP Noklak and DC Noklak. Advisor H Haiying and Advisor L Khumo also spoke during the event. This was followed by dedication of the DC’s office by Rev Pinglang and also unveiling of the office signboard by the two advisors.
