NEW DELHI, August 11 (MExN): Additional Commissioner of Police, South-East District, New Delhi is holding a meeting with students of North-Eastern States with a view to instill sense of security and to generate awareness about various measures being taken by Delhi Police for the security of women. The meeting will be held shortly at Lotus Temple, Kalkaji, New Delhi. The meeting will focus on i) Problems generally faced by North-Eastern students and police assistance to be provided, ii) Steps to be taken for safety and security of North-Eastern students especially during late hours, iii) Problems posed by cab drivers, landlords, property owners etc. and iv) Upgradation of police data regarding residence of North-Eastern students in South-East District of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
