Department of Power acquire skylift for Dimapur Electrical Division

The Department of Power, Nagaland has acquired a much needed skylift for Dimapur Electrical Division. The multi-purpose truck mounted hydraulic lift, with a maximum reach of 45 feet, can now make the job of the line workers safer. It can be used during tree clearing, line repair and installations. This is the second such machine acquired by the DoPN in almost 60 years of statehood. The other, with a smaller reach, was acquired years ago and is in Kohima.
