•-This is an appeal to the concern authority on the deplorable condition of the National Highway 155 between Mokokchung to Tuensang Road. Who is the responsible authority to repair and maintain? Whom we will blame? Government, contractors, Ministers, MLAs or public leaders? People living in Tuensang district are in fact in pitiable and unfortunate; due to the deplorable condition of the road our economic is deprived. Therefore sir, I on behalf of the Tuensang district would like to humbly request to the concern authority to understand and look in to the matter, then we shall every grateful to you.
