The Dimapur District Task Force
The Dimapur District Task Force on Plastic ban in its continuous drive for enforcement of plastic ban, conducted checking in shops and godowns located at GS Road, Marwari Patti and Hazi Park areas of Dimapur on February 6. The team seized around 600 kgs of banned plastic and polythene products. The defaulters were fined and also warned not to sell or stock the banned items. The seized items were later handed over to Dimapur Municipal Council for disposal. The team further informed that such checking will be conducted regularly. (DIPR Photo)
